If there is a set of ultimate laws/logical propositions that underpin everything…..?

So far we've done pretty well finding natural laws that explain what we can see and with what we can experiment, more than that is outside the purview of science and enters the faith based realm of religion. Your post is too vague and generalized for any kind of answer beyond that.
