Ladies, do you like how es look or do you think they're ugly?

I'm asking because I think it's interesting how a woman could say a was ugly and people would not find that opinion that uncommon. You never hear grown men calling ugly, at I have not yet heard that, but I have heard conversations where multiple women have commented on the way the male member looks in an unflattering fashion.
