?Post 9/11 GI Bill? $125 was just deposited in my checking account?

I'm 100% certified for full Post 9/11 Gi Bill benefits. I'm in school full time. I haven't gotten my book stipend yet or BAH payment for the last week of August. I should be getting around $1000 for September and around $2018 for October. So, what's this $125? Has anyone else been payed anything yet? What's this $125? Did someone forget an extra 1? Did someone mess up?
