What is the word for when you notice something (like a car make) because you have just got that type yourself?

For example: If you buy a new car, and then you suddenly begin to notice exactly the same car on the road all the time....what is the word that is used to describe this?...I know it has a dictionary entry...but can't get it by searching..or in a thesaurus....
