Can aerosol paint primer cause a sore throat?

Painted my truck without respirator or dust mask, now I've had a sore throat for 4 days. It's a little better now, I coughed very little. I have shortness of breath at night. No fever, I still move around and eat though. Could this be caused by the spray paint, I was sanding it too
