In congress there is a black caucus and a hispanic caucus. Why isn`t there a Caucasian and oriental caucus?

If we are going to have divisions within our government that is dedicated to the preferential treatment of some based on the shade of their skin isn`t it prudent for all members of society to demand the same consideration and be represented accordingly?
