How do you get a kitten to stop hissing at dogs?

My new kitten, YoYo, hates dogs and hisses at them all the time. I have a dog, and I don't know how the kitten will react. I tried to show her that some dogs mean no harm to her, but she just puffs up her tail and hisses until the dog goes away. I get the dogs to sniff her, but she refuses to accept any dogs. What do I do? (I can't take her back to the pet store.)
