Can lupron shots in men cause fatigue.?

83 old man with prostate cancer confined to prostate last 10 years. was on casodex , now only taking lupron every 3 months. since january,psa numbers below 1. Since may has started to get fatigued very easily. used to have lots of energy. any suggestions to get back energy. a battery of tests with doctors were negative.
