If I am on inactive status, can I be subject to UCMJ if I disrespect an NCO?

When I was released from active duty and transfered to the Inactive Reserves (IRR) I got lots of mailing and phone calls from Reserve and National Guard recruiters trying to get me to join their units. If I told such a recruiter over the phone to F*** OFF (no, I never did such a thing), could I get a court-martial or Article 15 for such a deed? And if so, how would such a punishment be given since I would have no formal chain of command?
