Has anyone ever noticed how central asian people seem to look like a Mix between asian, arab and white?

Well let's see - Asian is a geographical reference, not a racial reference. Most Arabs live in Asia and Arabs are white. Central Asia is an area where there has been a lot of mixing for a lot of centuries between caucasoids and mongoloids I understand what you are trying to ask. Some Central Asians look more Caucasian, some look more Mongolian and some look mixed.
