GTA vice city Radio station problem?

I downloaded GTA vice city(torrent) but I'm having a problem. Although the guy who has uploaded it has provided songs in the MP3 radio station, the other radio stations like Fever, wave, etc are not playing any songs although their respective .adf files exist in the Audio folder. So how can I get the radio stations to work? Is there some sort of download for that?
