Rescuers have you actually utilized your-?

Have you actually utilized your MCI, ICS, or NIMS training?. Police, fire, paramedics, Emts etc!. I have been a paramedic for a few years now and have only had to use this training once in my career(train wreck). I have had a ton of close calls on standing by near the airports for landing difficulty but nothing major. Just want to hear stories and yes this IS obviously a serious part of training so I am not saying its worthless.
