An important and urgent question on parasites?

My guess is tapeworm proglottids. In my area, cats usually get tapeworms from fleas, but there are other species of tapeworm that have rodents as an intermediate host. She could have gotten them from eating a mouse she caught. Gross, right? Good luck at the vet!
