I need dessert recipes for easter! hurry!?

im a great baker and cook so any skill level. i need a spring/easter dessert for sunday dinner. no cookies please! maybe something light or sponge cake but just anything difficulty and money is not an issue. please include pictures if possible. also nothing with too much icing,sugar,decor etc or childlike.fruit is ok just something light and fresh even flan recipes. im made a strawberry sponge cake with mousse but it cake out badly and the gelatin didn't set so i also need something that doesn't take toooo long to bake. thx :)
