I can't seem to find an OBD code reader/re-setter for my 1993 Subaru Legacy. Anyone know where I can find one?

You may want to contact a Snap-on dealer, or Matco tool dealer. the price is not going to be cheap. but they will have it. You could also request a catalog from their web sites, search their site for the tool and order it from there.
