Bulking up while losing fat is that ok?

If your body hits the endurance wall then your screwed which is why you always need to change up your routine and keep your body guess try using the eliptical for 30 minutes. The thing is you can bulk all you want as long as your diet is perfect more fish,lean red meat, tuna veggies and more fruit. When your body is craving food and your exhausted and your blood sugar is low thats the time to hit up some fruit. The natural sugars will balance out your blood sugar and it has tons of natural vitamins and minerals. Try lowering your weight by 10 to 15lbs and go on each set for the muscle group you want to failure.
