Any ideas????

when i frist met this guy he asked me tobe his gf...but at the time i wasn't ready for that, so i turned him down. so i've like known for like a year now, and i really like him, and i would like tobe his gf, but after turnning him down i dont know how to bring it up, or if he's even interested eny more. how would i go about finding out if he is still interested? and how should i bring it up?
